Notice of Priority Admissions to Substance Abuse Treatment
The Federal Department of Health and Human Services, Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration, has identified certain populations that must receive priority admission to treatment when the cost of the services is covered by the Federal Substance Abuse Prevention and Treatment (SAPT) Block Grant. These populations have priority status for admissions because of their impact on families and society.
Preferences of treatment will be given in the following order:
- Pregnant women who inject drugs
- Other pregnant women who need treatment
- Others who inject drugs
- Others who need treatment

Woodlake Addiction Recovery Center Admissions
Woodlake Addiction Recovery Center Admissions accepts applications seven days a week. Admission is open to all patients with a primary diagnosis of chemical dependency. Prospective patients or their families are encouraged to contact us for a consultation.
Admissions are accepted seven days a week and are a simple process that can begin by calling us at 225-939-3656 or contacting us by e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org . We welcome and encourage persons suffering from dependence problems and their families to call us for a discussion regarding their exact condition. We will answer any questions related to the admitting person and/or family member’s needs in the admitting procedure. Our helpful staff of physicians, nurses, social worker, and counselors will work in partnership to establish the most appropriate treatment modality. Insurance and financial arrangements are verified as part of the admission process. Woodlake’s professional treatment team is committed to caring for individuals with addictions. Patients that can benefit from intensive residential treatment are:
- Individuals that have been unsuccessful in outpatient programs
- Chronic relapse patients
- Health-care professionals
- Legal Professionals
- Dual Diagnosis
A Few Admissions FAQ's
Woodlake has various payment options for treatment services. Financial arrangements should be made through the business office prior to arrival whenever possible. Fees are based on a 30-day increments. Woodlake requires the first 30-day payment upon admission. Subsequent fees are due on the first of each month. Woodlake will assist patients with insurance filings.
Woodlake staff will initiate the pre-admission process with each patient’s insurance company to discuss available benefits. Woodlake makes no guarantee for payment of benefits by any insurance provider or individual policy. Patients or their families are encouraged to allow Woodlake staff to make contact with your provider to review available benefits. On request, staff will complete and submit insurance claims. The payment of claims will depend on the coverage provided by the insuring agency. Listed below are some of the most frequently contacted providers:

As a substance abuse recovery and treatment facility, Woodlake Addiction Recovery, aims to empower the clients under their care to heal them physically and spiritually.
Our core values are to give respect and dignity to those individuals that are being cared for in our facility, to offer a new healthier lifestyle in our counseling sessions, to empower the clients to become a better version of themselves.
Our treatment center is mainly built for the treatment of adults struggling with chemical abuse.
The residential treatment at this facility is available as a long-term or short-term program, which longer or shorter than 30 days, respectively.
We have detox services such as medical detox for substance abuse treatment. We also offer intensive outpatient services (IOP) and prevention education.
For those exiting our inpatient facilities, transitional housing is available.
Our program is truly natural and holistic in nature. We do not believe that treatment simply consists of substituting one drug for another, as many other treatment centers do.
We strive not to prescribe anti-anxiety, anti-depressant or other medication as a solution order to deal with addiction disorders..
Due to this, we are not able to take all types of addicts and any potential clients must go through a thorough assessment either in person or over the phone prior to enrollment.
Woodlake Addiction Recovery Center is based on the Traditions and Principles of the 12-step programs and the founding Oxford Group.
The Four Absolutes –Honesty, Unselfishness, Love, and Purity and the guiding keys of the Beatitudes were the basics of the Oxford Group from which AA and other 12-steps programs originated.
Woodlake Addiction Recovery Center parallels the founding Oxford absolutes, the keys or attitudes to happiness, and the guiding principles of the 12 Step Programs into the four phases of their treatment.
